TT Period Bookings – Terms & Conditions

Please note that all booking over the TT fortnight are on booked on a flexible basis. Delays due to the weather, volume of traffic and changes to the racing programme may cause disruption and postponements. We will endeavour to work through these challenges but ask for your patience and understanding in the event of a delay or cancellation of the tour. In the event that a race day is rescheduled we will offer you an alternative tour. A full refund of your deposit will be given if we cancel and are unable to accommodate you on another tour.

Changes to the tour itinerary may be necessary at time, your tour guide will want to keep you safe at all times and may have to do a detour.

Albany Isle of Man Tea & Tours, the owner, or agent, will not be held responsible for any costs, whatsoever, incurred by the customer or any other party as a result of any cancellation, change or detour.


All customers must take care TT fortnight and act in a responsible manner and observe any TT restrictions that are in place.

We reserve the right to turn away a customer or stop a tour if a customer’s behaviour is not unacceptable or dangerous, in our opinion. No refund will be given.

Lost Property

Albany Isle of Man Tea & Tours are not responsible for any items of personal property whilst on the tours. For items that are left on the minibus at the end of the day, if found and claimed, we are happy to return them at the customer’s expense. Please note any unclaimed items will be disposed of after 3 months.

Refund policy

Up to 48 hours prior to your tour date you will receive a full refund.
Less than 48 hours prior including date of departure no refund will be given.

If we cancel your tour

As a result of lack of bookings or weather conditions you will be entitled to a full refund.


We operate a non-smoking policy on our vehicle, we do make frequent stops for breaks.

Disability Access

Should you have any type of disability we will always do our best to accommodate you. Please do email us and advise what assistance you require and we’ll endeavour to provide the best we can.

Booking & Payment

Telephone or complete the booking form. Each booking is on a flexible basis as explained above . A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with payment in cash on the day of tour. Payment methods accepted Paypal & Bank Transfer.
