Payment Terms & Routes
All tours must be paid in full prior to departure by either credit/debit, paypal or direct payment to our bank account. Details available by emailing Nigel@albanytours.co.uk . Please note full payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices and routes are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to alter tours in the event of severe inclement weather, traffic congestion or for operational reasons.
Please be aware that tours are run to subject to minimum of 2 passengers dependent on the tour.
We regret our tours are unsuitable for children under 5 years of age.
Up to 48 hours prior to your tour date you will receive a full refund.
Less than 48 hours prior including date of departure no refund will be given.
If we cancel your tour
As a result of lack of bookings or weather conditions you will be entitled to a full refund.
Albany Isle of Man Tea & Tours are not responsible for any items of property left on our vehicles. Please do not ask the driver/guide to take care of your property whlist you are away from the minibus. For items that are left on the minibus at the end of the day, if found and claimed, we are happy to return them at customers expense. Please note any unclaimed items will be disposed of after 3 months.
Lockers are available at the Sea Terminal for a small charge.
We operate a non-smoking policy on our vehicle, we do make frequent stops for breaks.
Any additional tours we book that are operated by third parties we are not liable for any damages, loss or closures to do with these third parties.
Should you have any type of disability we will always do our best to accommodate you. Please do email us and advise what assistance you require and we’ll endeavour to provide the best we can.
The minibus has full insurance for use as a Private Hire Vehicle together with Public Liability Insurance.
